  2. Tell your story.

Add a short bio, your city or region, and an optional photo or logo. Keep your street address out of these public fields.

  3. Set expectations.

Expand Delivery & returns to explain shipping, pickup and return policies. Add your ship-from address and payment setup in Account settings when needed.

  4. Save and share.

Select Save your shop, then View your shop to see the public page. Copy shop link gives you a shareable address for your collection.

YOUR TURN

Make your shop.

Set your price and quantity, choose whether to accept offers, and select an available delivery method. Enter the shipping cost and pickup availability clearly.

Written walkthrough
  1. Check the listing together.

Buyers can message a seller about condition, accessories and delivery before committing. Ask for details if anything is unclear.

  2. Make an offer, when available.

If the seller accepts offers, the buyer can propose a price. Manage sent and received offers from Offers in your account.

  3. Accept, decline or counter.

Review the price and any message before responding. An accepted offer adds the item to the buyer’s cart at the agreed item price.

  4. Confirm delivery before checkout.

Agree on the shipping cost, packing, handling time or pickup plan. An accepted offer is not a payment confirmation.

YOUR TURN

Talk & agree.

Open the app in another tab, then come back here when you’re ready.

Ready for the next step?

The buyer and seller understand the item, agreed price and delivery arrangements.

STEP 05 / 07BUYER

CHECK IT. MAKE IT YOURS.

The buyer completes checkout. The seller follows the resulting order from Sales.

  1. Review the cart.

Check the item, quantity and price. An accepted offer appears in the buyer’s cart at the agreed item price. Use Go to Cart from Offers to review it.

  2. Confirm your delivery details.

Enter the requested contact and address information, review the delivery method, and check the complete total before placing the order.

  3. Choose an available payment method.

Online payment choices depend on marketplace setup. Follow the selected provider’s instructions. For manual payment, arrange payment directly with the seller.

  4. Read the order status.

Open Purchases to track your order. Pending payment means receipt has not been confirmed. Placing a manual order does not send money automatically.

YOUR TURN

Checkout.

Open the app in another tab, then come back here when you’re ready.

Ready for the next step?

The order is created, and both sides know whether payment is still pending or confirmed.

STEP 06 / 07SELLER

PACK WELL. PASS IT ON.

Open the sale, confirm payment, and keep your buyer up to date from dispatch to arrival.

  1. Open Sales and the order.

Read its status, address and fulfillment details. For manual payment, verify receipt yourself before using Mark as Paid Received.

  2. Prepare the handoff.

Pack securely for the agreed method. Confirm freight or pickup logistics in messages. Do not dispatch while payment is still pending.

  3. Record dispatch or arrange pickup.

For a shipped item, add the tracking number and select Mark as Shipped. For a local-pickup order, arrange the handoff in Messages; the buyer confirms pickup after collecting and checking the item.

  4. Follow through.

Share tracking and answer delivery questions. Where shipping labels are enabled, eligible parcel orders can show label options; availability depends on marketplace setup.

YOUR TURN

Send it safely.

Open the app in another tab, then come back here when you’re ready.

Ready for the next step?

Payment is confirmed and the agreed shipment or pickup has actually happened.

STEP 07 / 07BUYER + SELLER

  1. Buyer: check your item.

After delivery or collection, inspect the item against its description. If there is a problem, message the seller before marking it received.

  2. Buyer: confirm receipt.

Open the purchase and use Confirm Received after a shipped item arrives, or Confirm Pickup after a local handoff. Only confirm after collecting and checking the item. The order then shows completed.

  3. Leave a helpful review.

Use the order’s review form when shown. Describe the condition, communication and delivery so the next collector knows what to expect.

  4. Seller: check the sale breakdown.

The order shows the saved marketplace fee, seller proceeds and payment or payout status. Online payouts depend on provider setup and review. Manual payments are received directly; any applicable fee is recorded separately.

YOUR TURN

Finish strong.

Open the app in another tab, then come back here when you’re ready.

Ready for the next step?

Receipt is confirmed, feedback is left where available, and the seller has checked the payment record.

These videos use demonstration accounts and sample gear. They show the app’s workflow, with manual payment used for the example order. No real payment is made. Available categories, fees, delivery and payment options can change with marketplace settings.
