Can I make an offer?
Yes, when a seller has enabled offers on their listing. You can send an offer, receive a counteroffer, and check its status in your account. An accepted offer can be added to your cart at the agreed price.
How does shipping work?
Each listing explains its delivery options. Smaller gear can ship as a parcel; cabinets and pinball machines may need freight or local pickup. Confirm the cost, packing, and timing with the seller before you pay.

The current marketplace fee is 0% on the item total and shipping. Direct/manual payments have no marketplace fee. Payment processing charges are separate. The fee and seller proceeds are saved with each order so later rate changes do not rewrite that sale.
How do I get paid?
Payment depends on the method selected for the order and the seller’s payout setup. When online payments are enabled, follow the provider’s account setup. For manual payments, coordinate directly with the buyer and only mark the order paid after confirming receipt. Your order record shows the applicable marketplace fees.
How do I keep my account secure?
Use a unique password and enable two-factor authentication in Account Security. Save your recovery codes somewhere safe. Keep listing conversations on the marketplace so you can refer back to what was agreed.
